Bath & Cabinet Experts in Ohio is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to grow our market, delivering luxury bathroom remodels with Jacuzzi products. You will conduct in-home consultations, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through financing options.

This role offers pre-scheduled appointments, comprehensive training, and uncapped earning potential with support from a fast-growing Midwest leader.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Able to schedule and attend evening and weekend appointments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; driven to exceed sales targets.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct personalized in-home consultations, providing tailored bath remodeling solutions
• Engage customers through product demonstrations, following our proven sales approach
• Complete paperwork accurately and assist customers with financing optionsCollaborate with sales operations and installation teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training (virtual and in-person)

You’ll be a Great Fit If You:

• Have at least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience (preferred)
• Excel at one-call close sales
• Are available for evening and weekend appointments
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Can comfortably lift/move items (sample bags) up to 25 lbs
• Have excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Are driven, competitive, and motivated by exceeding sales targets
