Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to deliver tailored bath remodeling solutions directly to homeowners. You will present, demonstrate, and close on high-end projects, while leveraging provided leads and a structured sales process.

The role requires strong communication, effective presentations, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Training and top-tier support are provided to help you succeed within a growing Midwest-focused company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 25 lbs.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Available for evening and weekend appointments.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct personalized in-home consultations, providing tailored bath remodeling solutions
• Engage customers through product demonstrations, following our proven sales approach
• Complete paperwork accurately and assist customers with financing options
• Collaborate with sales operations and installation teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training (virtual and in-person)

You'll be a Great Fit If You:

• Have at least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience (preferred)
• Excel at one-call close sales
• Are available for evening and weekend appointments
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Can comfortably lift/move items (sample bags) up to 25 lbs
• Have excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Are driven, competitive, and motivated by exceeding sales targets
