Rose Remodeling is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners in their homes, understand remodeling goals, and present customized bath renovation solutions. This consultative role offers uncapped commissions and a $5,000 signing bonus for eligible hires.

You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, conduct in-home consultations, and guide customers from consultation to close, building lasting relationships while earning unlimited income potential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience; home improvement/remodeling sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong closing ability with a customer-first approach.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customer appointments.
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and sales software.
