Job summary

Apex Shower & Bath is expanding in the Denver Metro Area and Front Range, Colorado, and is seeking motivated In-Home Sales Representatives to transform bathroom remodeling for homeowners.

You'll meet pre-qualified homeowners, design custom solutions, present pricing/financing, close sales, and participate in ongoing training to drive growth in a commission-driven environment. You will travel across the Front Range region while engaging clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior in-home sales experience preferred.
• Ability to present to homeowners and build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable traveling throughout the Front Range region.
• Strong time-management and organization.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and help them find the best solutions for their remodeling needs. Using our innovative sales technology, you'll create custom designs, present product options, and guide customers through the purchasing process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners provided by the company
• Create customized bath remodeling designs and solutions
• Present pricing and financing options
• Close sales and exceed performance goalsParticipate in weekly sales training and development programs
• Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the sales process

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Comfortable presenting to homeowners and building rapport quickly
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Front Range region
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
