Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during pre-scheduled in-home appointments.
• Conduct professional design consultations using our presentation system.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Educate homeowners on product options, financing, and pricing.
• Create project proposals and present solutions that meet customers' goals.
• Guide customers through the decision process and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
