Job summary

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is seeking proven in-home sales reps to join a premium window and door brand. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present tailored solutions, and close deals through a consultative process.

Earnings are uncapped with top performers exceeding $200,000 annually, plus a $2,000 biweekly onboarding ramp and a monthly car allowance. You’ll receive a company phone and laptop, with fast commissions paid at sale.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, but not required (in-home, B2C, retail, or consultative sales).
• Strong closing, objection-handling, and communication skills.
• Confidence working independently and managing a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested consultations.
• Run in-home sales appointments and present tailored window and door solutions.
• Build trust, uncover customer needs, and guide decision-making.
• Deliver clear proposals and confidently close deals.
