Victors Home Solutions is seeking an In Home Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in Grand Rapids. This full-time role focuses on in-home consultations, roof inspections, and driving sales targets with a high level of customer service.

You’ll run appointments, participate in ride-along visits, and attend weekly sales meetings while receiving ongoing training from teammates in a fast-paced, integrity-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable walking on roof.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Attention to detail and strong time management.
• Clean driving record; background check required.
• No roofing experience required; No prior sales experience required.
• Be able to demonstrate mastery of our sales system.
