Job summary

Rose Remodeling is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team in California. This full-time, commission-only role offers the chance to earn $120,000 to $350,000+ per year with qualified leads and no cap on commissions.

As a top closer, you will meet homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments, present customized bath remodeling solutions, and guide customers through financing options to close deals. Training and support are provided.

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience required
• Home improvement, remodeling, construction, roofing, windows, siding, solar, or in-home sales experience is a major plus

• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed

Compensation

This is a commission-only position designed for sales professionals who want to control their income.

Average performers earn $120,000+ annually. Top performers regularly earn $250,000 to $350,000+ per year. There is no cap on commissions, giving you unlimited earning potential.
