Job summary

Joyce Factory Direct is seeking in-home field sales representatives to run pre-qualified appointments, present solutions, and close deals in the home. This commission-only role offers uncapped earnings and a steady pipeline of leads with a high-income upside.

You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, working in a high-conversion environment and leveraging a strong product offering in sunrooms, windows, baths, and doors.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home or outside sales for high-ticket B2C products.

Position Overview

If you are a proven closer looking for a high-opportunity environment with strong lead flow and uncapped earnings, this is built for you. Joyce is seeking In-Home Field Sales Representatives who are confident running appointments, controlling the sales process, and closing deals in the home. This role is designed for sales professionals who want to maximize their income without being limited by a base salary. You will run pre-qualified appointments, present solutions, and close business in a structured, high-conversion environment. Our model supports strong performers with consistent opportunity and the ability to scale their income quickly.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role built for high performers.

• Typical earnings: $100,000 to $150,000+
• Top performers: $180,000+

Compensation includes:

• Uncapped commission on all closed sales
• Performance bonuses tied to production and conversion

This role rewards individuals who can consistently close and manage a full pipeline.
