Job summary

Rose Remodeling is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments and present customized bath remodeling solutions. This full-time, commission-only role offers significant earning potential and a generous sign-on bonus for qualified hires.

You will close deals, build trust with customers, and participate in ongoing training and coaching. Ideal candidates have proven sales experience and excellent communication, with the ability to travel to appointments

• Proven sales experience required
• Home improvement, remodeling, construction, roofing, windows, siding, solar, or in-home sales experience is a major plus

• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed

Compensation

This is a commission-only position designed for sales professionals who want to control their income.

Average performers earn $120,000+ annually. Top performers regularly earn $250,000 to $350,000+ per year. There is no cap on commissions, giving you unlimited earning potential.
