Job summary

Independence Plus, Inc in Illinois is expanding its specialized home nursing division and is hiring Registered Nurses (RN). You will care for medically complex adult and pediatric patients at home and receive training in ventilator skills with strong team support.

Full-time, part-time, and PRN openings with full benefits—PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Salary negotiable based on experience and patient complexity.

Qualifications

• Current IL Registered Nurse license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred for field nurses.
• Current CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to medically complex adult and pediatric patients.
• Learn ventilator skills and work with a dedicated team.
• Deliver one-on-one home healthcare to improve patient outcomes.
