Senior Helpers of Holly Springs is seeking a Registered Nurse for PRN weekday clinical coverage in the Holly Springs area. The role involves in-home client assessments, developing care plans, and supporting the care team with clinical oversight.

This PRN position emphasizes weekday availability (Wed/Thu/Fri preferred) with occasional evenings or weekends as needed. W-2 employment offered, with flexible PRN scheduling and opportunities within a growing local agency.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Dependable and responsive communication.
• Dependable Wednesday, Thursday and Friday availability preferred.
• Home care, geriatric, or community health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and maintain client confidentiality.
• Current TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes and complete comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on findings.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to the caregiver team as needed.
• Complete required documentation and communicate findings to the care team.
• Keep care plans current and compliant with North Carolina home care requirements.
• Provide additional assessment and clinical coverage as agency needs arise.
