Job summary

Almost Family, LLC in Klamath Falls, OR seeks a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care services to clients in Klamath County. 20–25 hours per week, great for new RNs or those seeking supplemental hours.

Responsibilities include medication monitoring, MAR updates, and care plan QMVs. Requires Oregon RN license and at least 1 year of nursing experience; strong communication and teamwork skills essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• 30/90 Quality Monitoring Visits on Medication clients
• Training/ Orientation on medications
• Update MARs, Care Plans and QMVs in Drive and Electronic online system
