The role includes educating patients and families on diseases, procedures, and medications, and managing wound care, tracheostomy, g-tubes, catheters, ventilators, and medications. Qualifications

• RN license required to provide home healthcare nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care under supervision of a clinical manager.
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, procedures, and medications.
• Manage wound care, tracheostomy, g‑tubes, catheters, ventilators, and medication administration.
• Develop customized care plans to meet patient needs and family requests.
