Job summary

Right at Home Fargo is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our in-home care team. You will administer medications, monitor patient status, and partner with families to ensure safe, compassionate care in the client's own home.

Requirements include an active ND and MN RN license, understanding of local home care laws, and a valid driver's license. We offer flexible hours, competitive benefits, and opportunities for CPR instructor certification for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Current ND and MN Registered Nurse license.
• Familiarity with ND and MN Home Care laws.
• Preferred: 1 year of home health care experience.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Administration and monitoring of medications, including patient response and dosage tracking.
• Support clients and families by addressing concerns and providing compassionate care.
• Identify and report changes in patient behavior or symptoms.
• Maintain accurate client histories and medical records.
• Conduct occasional in-home visits to clients.
• Opportunity for CPR Instructor Certification (paid training for eligible candidates).
• CQL Accreditation involvement.
