Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Tennessee is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, one-on-one in-home nursing care to former atomic energy workers and their families. You will develop and follow individualized care plans and document patient progress in a compassionate, patient-centered home health setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
• Develop and follow individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements
