A Gentle Touch Home Care in St. George, UT is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to perform in-home assessments and provide ADL support. This PRN, part-time role lets you set your own schedule and grow with our expanding client base.

Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, coordinating approvals for ADL services, documenting visits, and arranging next assessments. The ideal candidate is licensed, reliable, with strong communication and the ability to work independently in

Qualifications

• Must have current RN license.
• 18 years or older.
• Be able to pass a background check.
• Have a reliable vehicle.
• First Aid Certification or training.
• Be comfortable working independently in clients' homes.
• Excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Perform home assessments to determine level of assistance needed (ADL).
• Assist with showering/bathing, transferring, toileting, feeding, dressing, medication reminders.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping as needed.
• Provide transportation for appointments or errands.
• Document and complete assessment paperwork in a timely manner.
