Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a part-time Assessor to perform in-home assessments for elderly clients in the Bozeman, MT area. Must hold an active RN license. The role offers a $50/hour rate with paid travel time and time with clients.

Assessments occur in clients' homes, taking about 30 minutes, with flexible scheduling from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Sunday. Background checks and TB testing may be required to start.

Qualifications

• Assessments conducted in client’s home.
• Background check and TB skin test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home assessments of elderly clients within Bozeman, MT area and surrounding 0–2 hour drive.
• Ask clients about non-medical care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, etc.).
• Assessments take ~30 minutes; travel time paid from home to client and back.
