Job summary

Advent is seeking Level III and Level IV Respite Care Providers in Saint Petersburg, FL. Providers will deliver care in the local installations with shifts across 0600–2400, seven days a week, ensuring no more than 40 hours per week.

Roles require either associated degrees or LPN/RN licenses with relevant experience, plus background checks and CPR credentials. Level III covers daily living support; Level IV adds care for complex conditions such as seizures and tube feedings, including monitoring

Qualifications

• Pathways listed for Level III: degrees or LPN with experience in special needs.
• Pathways for Level IV include RN license or LPN with 5+ years or degree with 3 years complex-care experience.
• Background checks and CPR certification required, with hands-on in-person skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Level III: assist with daily living activities (meal prep, bathing, feeding, toileting, lifting, positioning, dressing) and safety.
• Level IV: perform Level III duties and provide care for complex conditions (seizures, tube feedings, tracheostomy suctioning, home medical equipment monitoring).

Education

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field

LPN Certification

Experience: LPN or related degree with 4+ years direct experience

RN License (Level IV)

LPN License with 5+ years experience

Degree with 3+ years complex-care experience
