Job summary

ProPharma Group seeks a registered nurse to conduct decentralized clinical visits for trial participants in the Chandler, Arizona area. The role involves delivering in-home nursing assessments, managing source documentation, and collaborating with clinical research teams to support study protocols.

The ideal candidate will have an active US RN license, at least 2 years of nursing experience, BLS certification, and prefer experience in clinical research.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN licensure in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Clinical research experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Complete study-specific training including GCP and IATA dangerous goods protocols
• Conduct decentralized clinical visits at patient homes, offices, and other non-site locations
• Document clinical findings and maintain source records according to Good Documentation Practice standards
• Report patient safety concerns and issues to clinical project managers and investigator sites
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing and clinician managers on clinical solutions and protocol adherence
