Job summary

Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide in-home clinical care to elderly and chronically ill clients. The RN will complete assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.

You’ll ensure regulatory compliance, thorough documentation, and high-quality, patient-centered care.
