Job summary

The Treetop in Colorado is seeking an RBT to deliver 1:1 therapy in the child’s home, with strong training and ongoing support from our supervising clinicians and leadership. You’ll work under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to help implement programs.

Responsibilities include assisting with treatment plans, fostering skill development, and applying evidence-based ABA methods. We offer flexible hours, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance.
• Ability to work with clients of various ages and skill levels.
• Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst, Hi Rasmus).

Job Description

As an RBT with The Treetop in Colorado, you will play a crucial role in delivering 1:1 therapy in the child's home setting. Your responsibilities will include assisting with treatment plans, fostering skill development, and working under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. We provide our RBTs with the resources and materials needed for effective learning and behavior modification.

Salary

$22-$30 per hour depending on experience

• RBT Certification (required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
