Job summary
Herewith is seeking a compassionate caregiver in Apex, NC to support a male client recovering from hip surgery. The role focuses on mobility assistance, daily routines, and light housework in a home setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience with post-surgery care, strong communication, and a respectful approach to cultural preferences. The schedule runs Friday through Sunday, 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with a pay rate of $16.66 per hour.
Qualifications
- Experience with post-surgery or mobility assistance preferred.
- Ability to assist with mobility and daily routines.
- Strong communication and caregiving skills.
- Respectful of cultural preferences.
Responsibilities
- Assist with toileting needs
- Support walking and safe mobility
- Meal preparation and light kitchen tasks
- Help getting in and out of bed
- Laundry and light household support
- Light lifting as needed
- Provide a safe recovery environment
