Job summary

The Treetop is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work directly with children in their homes in the Chandler, AZ area. You'll implement individualized ABA plans designed by a supervising BCBA, track progress, and report on progress to families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes within service area.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home settings implementing ABA plans.
• Track progress and celebrate breakthroughs with families.
• Keep families updated on child progress and sessions.
• Follow supervision and guidance from a BCBA.
• Maintain accurate notes and complete required documentation.
