Job summary

Hidden Light ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in children’s homes, based in the Fort Worth area. You will implement BCBA-created plans, collect data, and document progress while collaborating with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Dependability, professionalism and compassion essential.
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client's home.
• Implement BCBA-developed treatment plans and collect session data.
• Document progress and collaborate with the clinical team.
