Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated in-home RBTs to support children with autism in Purcell, MO. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, follow established care plans, and document progress during sessions in clients' homes or community settings.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage with families to support learning and progress.
