New Pathways Youth and Adult Services provides home-based counseling and mental health skill-building services through QMHP professionals. The role focuses on Intensive In-Home services for children at risk and adults needing community stabilization.

Eligible candidates must be registered as QMHP or QMHP-Trainee with the Virginia Board of Counseling and commit to regular supervision and documentation. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available across several Virginia cities.

Formación

• All employees must be registered with Virginia Board of Counseling as QMHP or QMHP-Trainee.
• Punctual and prompt documentation in compliance with DBHDS.
• Assist in the preparation of individualized service plans and updates.
• Provide behavioral interventions and solutions as needed for clients
• Attend weekly supervision, staff meetings and training as required.
• Provide education and advocacy for parents and families.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Intensive In-home counseling and Mental Health Skill Building services.
• Serve children and adults in the community across listed cities in Virginia.
• Maintain client files in compliance with DBHDS and New Pathways Youth and Adult Services Inc.
• Attend supervision and trainings as required.
