Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for per diem in O'ahu, HI. Pay includes PT: $80 per visit; PTA: $55–$60 per visit, with potential to earn $100,000–$120,000 per year. Location: O'ahu, HI; Schedule: Flexible / Per diem — choose your own patients.

Responsibilities include in-home visits, evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments. Must have Hawaii license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Hawaii license as PT or PTA required.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.
