Qualifications

• English and additional languages welcome to help diverse families.

Responsibilities

• Intake and continued therapeutic work in the in home environment.
• Provide mental health therapy to children, families and parents as assigned.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan.
• Timely submit treatment progress notes; Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
