Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare seeks a compassionate Private Duty Nurse LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver pediatric and adult care including assessments, medication administration, trach/vent and G-tube management, and wound care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience caring for pediatric and adult patients in home health.

Responsibilities

• Perform wound care and routine assessments, monitor progress.
