Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking Private Duty Caregivers to provide one-on-one, in-home care and companionship, helping clients stay safe and comfortable at home. You will follow individualized plans and promote dignity and independence for clients and families.

The role offers truly flexible scheduling across full-time, part-time, PRN, and weekend shifts, with a Daily Pay option and competitive pay and incentives. Join a company committed to integrity and caring in the community.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable in-home care or personal care experience.
• CNA/STNA/HHA or equivalent caregiver training preferred, not required for all cases.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, able to follow a care plan and document notes.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance where required.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 personal care and support in the client’s home per care plan.
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, fall prevention, and safety.
• Offer companionship and assist with meals, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Observe changes and report to supervisor.
