Allcare Home Health Agency in Chapel Hill and Durham seeks compassionate RNs and LPNs with post-operative care experience to provide in-home care to clients. We are hiring nurses to deliver private duty care in patients' homes.

Responsibilities include wound care, pain management, medication administration, and one-to-one in-home support. Strong communication, documentation, and ongoing assessments are essential to ensure high-quality care.

Competenze

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license.
• Prior home care experience preferred.
• Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Experience in general Post-Operative Care.
• Wound and Surgical dressing care.
• Pain Management.
• Medication administration and management.
• Provide one-on-one direct care in the home.
• Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment.
• Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care.
• Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentation.
