ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an In Home Plumbing Sales Representative to join our growing team in Southern California. You will drive sales by meeting with homeowners, presenting options, and closing deals in a one-call-close environment.

We offer uncapped commissions, weekly pay, company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and extensive paid training. Must have plumbing experience and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in the skilled trades Plumbing, Drain Cleaning.
• Experience with Camera & Line Locator systems.
• Proven sales track record.
• Ability to travel to pre-set appointments in company provided work vehicle.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed.
• Willingness to go into attics and crawl spaces on a regular basis.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background checks, and must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales driven closer that will act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers.
• Meet with current and potential customers in their homes and evaluate and present options.
• Use a camera system to inspect underground or in-wall plumbing, identify root causes, and present quotes.
• Committed to relationship selling with our customers and earning repeat business through excellent performance in a one-call-close setting.
• Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through top performance and commitment all while performing excellent customer service and making our customers happy.
