Each Behavior Analyst has access to a Lead Behavior Analyst who serves as a clinical thought partner and resource. This support begins during onboarding and continues throughout your time with us, offering collaboration across NDBI implementation, parent coaching, care planning, clinical decision-making, and EMR systems.
You’ll also be part of a connected team of clinicians who value shared learning and reflective practice. Support is proactive, accessible, and tailored, never prescriptive or one-size-fits-all.
This role supports families within the city of Austin and the surrounding area, with services provided across home and community-based settings. The role offers flexibility in where work is completed, including remote and telehealth work when clinically appropriate. Scheduling is planned thoughtfully and collaboratively, and candidates should be comfortable commuting up to 30 minutes as part of their role.
