Job summary

Signify Health is looking for part-time clinicians to join a dedicated network focused on improving health outcomes for individuals. In this role, you'll conduct in-home visits, complete clinical evaluations, and utilize innovative technology.

The position requires an active license in your coverage area and flexibility for local travel and remote visits. Clinicians will provide services which include diagnostic and preventive assessments. Expect approximately 29.5 hours per week with hourly compensation of $105.

Job Highlights

The visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the person’s health plan, additional diagnostic tests (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry). You will use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation. Prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests or altering people’s current treatment regimens are not required.

• Help visit millions of people nationwide with the goal of providing connections to the right care for people’s unique needs
• Work with Signify Health as a clinician colleague, fulfilling the requirements of the specified role
• Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
• Conduct virtual visits as needed
• Provide all Signify Health services as indicated, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (e.g., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening)

Work Environment

As an in-home clinician, your primary workplace is the private residence of health plan members. Your role may involve working in homes with pets, secondhand smoke, or other potential allergens. Candidates must be able to perform their duties safely in these environments.
