Canyon-Home-Care-and-Hospice-1 is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to administer physical therapy services in patients' homes under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist and Clinical Manager/Therapy Supervisor. The role supports therapies on an intermittent basis in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care.
Qualified candidates have PTA licensure, completed an APTA-accredited program, and passed the national PTA exam.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed/registered/certified as PTA in the practicing state.
- Graduated from an APTA-accredited PTA program or equivalent.
- Pass national PTA exam.
