BrightStar Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one, in-home rehabilitation across the DFW area. You’ll design and execute individualized plans, monitor progress, and educate patients and families while coordinating with a compassionate clinical team.

This PRN position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to empower patients to achieve rehabilitation goals in the comfort of their own homes within Texarkana, Texas and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• Texas PT license is required.
• Experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients' physical abilities and plan individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans to ensure progress toward goals.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and families on treatment protocols and home exercises.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the clinical team.
• Collaborate with the BrightStar Care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
