Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive PT experience acceptable with specific degrees.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Identifies need for referrals to other disciplines to address patient needs.
• Implements individualized therapy plans designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
