Omni Therapy Inc. is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (CA) to perform in-home evaluation and treatment services as an independent contractor across Ventura County, CA. Clinicians will control their availability and patient assignments to create a flexible practice.

Coverage includes Camarillo, Fillmore, Moorpark, Ojai, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Santa Paula, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks and Ventura. This is ideal for therapists who enjoy home health and self-directed work.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California.
• Experience delivering in-home PT evaluations and treatments.
• Comfortable operating as an independent contractor with control over patient assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home physical therapy evaluations and treatments in Ventura County, CA.
• Coordinate and manage patient care plans and progress notes.
• Communicate with patients and caregivers to ensure quality care and adherence.
