Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one‑on‑one PT services in Bel Air, MD, in private residences or senior living communities. You will evaluate, plan, and provide evidence‑based therapy while maintaining thorough documentation in FOX's EMR system.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice or eligible to obtain.
• CPR certification current.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Basic computer/EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one physical therapy to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility and independence.
• Document in FOX EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary PT/OT/SLP and Fitness team.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
