Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide in-home services to adults and geriatrics in and around McHenry, IL. You will deliver skilled PT, assess mobility, and develop personalized treatment plans with support from a therapy-first team.

The role offers flexible scheduling, consistent patient census through our partner network, mileage reimbursement, and paid training. Per-visit compensation ranges from $65 to $85 depending on complexity and volume.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Comfort with technology and EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set individualized goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and prevention.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.
