Job summary

InHome Therapy seeks a licensed physical therapist to provide in-home care to adults and seniors in Fort Myers and surrounding areas. You will evaluate mobility, tailor treatment plans, and implement exercises to improve function while educating patients and families on recovery plans.

The position offers a flexible schedule, stable caseload through an agency network, and supportive clinical/administrative resources. Per-visit compensation and potential benefits eligibility are noted.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing (FL)
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to patient homes
• Comfort with technology and EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Assess mobility, strength and function; set measurable goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery and home care plans
• Maintain accurate home health documentation per Medicare and agency standards
