This role offers the independence and flexibility to provide care within patients' homes in Southern Cuyahoga and Northern Medina/Summit Counties. Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a physical therapist.
• Automobile liability insurance and current unrestricted driver’s license.
• CPR certification or complete training required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and administer physical therapy treatment for patients in home settings.
• Travel to different home care settings and clinics.
• Develop and maintain individualized client care progress records.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and education of client/caregiver.
