Job summary

A home health agency in St. Louis is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home therapy services. Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• Preferred two (2) years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers physician prescribed physical therapy under a plan of care established by the PT.
• Instructs patients and family members in home programs and activities of daily living.
• Prepares medical records and updates care plans for each patient visit.
