Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness programs in clients’ homes or outdoor settings. You’ll tailor sessions to individual goals, track progress with the Svetness App, and build lasting relationships with clients in a flexible, supportive environment.

As a Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED, you’ll operate with independence, manage scheduling, and enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $25–$45.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with current credentials (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 1–3 years of personal training experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Basic nutrition knowledge and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of training equipment and methods.
• Must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
• Availability to travel to clients' homes within a reasonable radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples sessions in clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces.
• Create customized workout programs from initial assessments.
• Use Svetness App for programming and note-taking.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client appointments and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Able to travel to client locations up to 45 minutes.
