Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification to ensure client safety.
• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of PT experience.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics.
• Own basic training equipment to assist clients when needed.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations (up to 45 minutes).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples fitness instruction at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoors.
• Customize workouts from the Initial Assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for programming, session notes, and scheduling.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form, with modifications as needed.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Able to commute to client sessions up to 45 minutes.
