Svetness Corporate is seeking talented Certified Personal Trainers to join our in-home fitness team, delivering personalized sessions at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will design customized workouts, track progress with our Svetness App, and help clients reach their goals.

This role offers flexible scheduling, a supportive team, and access to education resources, equipment discounts, and client referrals to keep you focused on training.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
• CPR/AED Certification: Ensure clients’ safety with up-to-date CPR/AED training.
• Education and experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1-3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and technically.
• Knowledgeable in nutrition: Possess a basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.
• Physical ability: Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. and performing athletic calisthenics duties.
• Reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoors.
• Use the Svetness Fitness App for programming and session notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with or without modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments via Svetness scheduling software.
• Provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Be able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes.
