Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers who will customize one-on-one or couples workouts at clients' homes or in nearby venues. Trainers will use the Svetness app for programming and notes, and travel to client sessions with a flexible schedule to accommodate clients' needs.

Qualified candidates hold a CPT certification, CPR/AED, a high school diploma or GED, and 1–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
• CPR/AED certification for client safety.
• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken form.
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Experience with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Own basic training equipment to assist clients when needed.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in clients’ homes, apartments, gyms, or outdoor settings.
• Customize workout programs from the Initial Assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for programming and session notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications as needed.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks and maintain appointments via Svetness scheduling.
• Maintain flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments and travel up to 45 minutes.
