Job summary

Svetness is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness programs. You will work with clients in their homes or preferred locations, using the Svetness App for programming and progress tracking.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing education, and growth opportunities, with strong support from a customer service team and a broad client base. Liability insurance is provided through Svetness.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Experience with a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing athletic calisthenics.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in clients' homes or at client sites.
• Customize client workout programs from the Initial Assessment.
• Use the Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications as needed.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks.
• Maintain and schedule client sessions using Svetness software.
• Offer flexible scheduling and commute up to 45 minutes.
