Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions in clients' homes, apartments, or outdoors. Join a supportive team offering flexible scheduling and a streamlined Svetness App for sessions and progress tracking.

Earn $25–$45 per hour with bonuses and training support, equipment discounts, and ongoing education resources. You will travel to client sites within a 45-minute radius and help clients achieve their goals with

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
• CPR/AED Certification: Ensure clients' safety with up-to-date CPR/AED training.
• High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Knowledgeable in nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Fitness expertise across a variety of equipment and training methods.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics.
• Must bring personal basic training equipment; clients may not always have equipment.
• Reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personal training at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoors.
• Customize client workout programs from the Initial Assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure client form with/without modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments using Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer flexible scheduling to accommodate client appointments.
• Travel to/from client sessions within 45 minutes.
